Our mission has remained unchanged since 2003 - to provide our customers with the best service at the lowest possible prices. Our business started as a small home-based operation with a family and friends customer base. We have always believed that word of mouth is the best advertising, so we put in extra effort to ensure that every job is completed to the best of our ability.

In 2010, we opened our first storefront in Dunnellon, Florida, at 12139 S William Street, and we are still in the same location. We still maintain our friendly business philosophy and rely mainly on word-of-mouth advertising. Since opening in Dunnellon, we have never charged a diagnostic fee. Unlike other companies that have grown in size and greed, we have stuck to our belief that customers should have a free repair estimate and not owe any money until they agree to the repair price.

We have taken this practice to the next level! Our customers pay us nothing unless we complete the repair! That's how confident we are in our expertise, and that's why we have the same repeat customers, along with their friends, children, and grandchildren, since we fixed their first computer back in 2003.
